Project 365+1 {days 29-35}

"We can learn to rejoice in even the smallest blessings our life holds. It is easy to miss our own good fortune; often happiness comes in ways we don't even notice...The key is to be here, fully connected with the moment, paying attention to the details of ordinary life...This combination of mindfulness and appreciation connects us fully with reality and brings us joy."  ~Pema Chodron

The week of February 5 - 11:

laughed with friends
rejoiced in the wonder of nature
enjoyed time spent with family

Believe in Magic...

"That's the thing with magic.  You've got to know it's still here, all around us, or it just stays invisible for you."
~Charles de Lint

You don't have to travel far to find beauty and magic.
It can be found in your own backyard.
In the middle of February.
On the branches of a dormant bush.
You just have to open your eyes (and your mind) to find it.
