Noticing...the leaves starting to change color
Watching...people biking, running, fishing, pushing strollers, holding hands, walking dogs
Listening...to the wind in the trees, birds singing, planes flying overhead
Appreciating...the wonders of nature
Enjoying...the simple pleasures
Exploring...a new path in the woods
Treasuring...this life

It's always fun to travel to a new place...to experience different sights and sounds and food and people. It doesn't have to be another country or continent...sometimes just a city or state that you've never visited before is all it takes.

Nashville was a city that I had never been to before.  We took a quick trip to visit the downtown district over the weekend (after we dropped our daughter off to start her freshman year of college!).   Nashville = cowboy boots and cowboy hats...music and guitars...honkey tonks and colorful neon signs.
